I saw a post where you said you had the Ford Engine lifting bracket.

If this is the equivalent of part # 303-F047, which is the square tube with brackets on each end that screw to the block on the 4.6 and 5.4 liter engine-I have a proposition for you.

I live in Vero Beach, and I am attempting to replace the engine in my 1999 Ford Expedition and have discovered I need that bracket. I am all about buying the right tool for the job-but $300 for something I am probably going to use once is stretching it.

How about I give you $250 cash as a deposit to rent yours. And when I return it you give me $200 back. So basically I can rent it from you for $50-which will keep me from having to buy one, and will put an extra $50 in your pocket for loaning me something hopefully you are not using at the moment anyways. You are not that far for me to drive down from Vero Beach.

If this sounds do-able or even if it doesn't let me know so I won't keep trying to reach you.
