Very nice! Sounds pretty rowdy!

It looked like you ended up @ 19 PSI - peak? I just wanted more, that F1A was just starting to come alive! Why not any more boost, is that a stock motor?

What cog pullies are you running?

I love cogged Prochargers!!!!

Its a built motor.

Thats all it made with the pulleys it came with. It has a 88 tooth crank and a 48 tooth blower pulley. I called procharger and they said I can go down to a 44 tooth for the blower. That would be the smallest pulley I can get without over spinning the blower.

I think if I was at sealevel it would make a lot more being at 6000 feet high just sucks.

Any headwork or cams in there?

Ouch, ya Colorado, I didnt see that. Thats gonna affect is in a big way

So a 88T & 48T with a 5.4 stepup ratio and 6800 RPM = 67,319 blower RPM. It looked like you pulled to 6800, and I assume thats a 5.4 stepup ratio F1A right? A 88T & 44T, 5.4 S/U, and 6800 RPM = 73,440 blower RPM

The F1A redline is 70,000 RPM per Procharger, but lots of guys overspin them by a few thousand RPMs.

Sorry for all the questions, I am putting together a similar project (different blower) and I am just trying to guesstimate what boost level I will see. Thanks

No head work at all. I do have sean hyland blower regrinds cams.

On my F1A it says max rpm is 74k. It is a 5.40 stepup

You can over spin a F series Procharger about 10K. It's done all the time. The blower is only at that RPM for a second or 2.

I'm going to do it with mine for sure. I spin my F1A to 69K now and see 23psi.

Mine seems to build boost quicker. But I may be spinning it a bit harder though.

The cog setup is sweet. I'm in the process of donig that to my 2V. I make 700 now at 6800RPM's but think I have another 100-150rwhp left in the blower. I have a shorty header on the car now that's holding me back from spinning the blower harder right now.

Sweet ride. I like the blower setup without the battery there. Makes more room for sure.

New Project underway is a 5.4 4V with CNC ported Livernois GT heads. Topping it off with a F1C and later a F1R direct drive.

Thanks to Dez at Dezracing for all the tuning help and dyno time(dyno whore). Also to Mike Schropp, Capt. Ron at Foxlake Powerproducts and finally to Chris at C3 machine for letting me ruin his tools.
R.I.P. Richy(RPM), thanks for everything.
