listen to Fatstang he knows his stuff. 4.10's keep the 2V's in the powerband. Also 3.27's were the stock 2V gearing.

I did 3.73's first and my ET/mph slowed down from the bottle neck of the stock H-pipe. I run a blower with 4.10's, and its a blast.

Well now we know the rest of the story. If your running a blower the cats would be a restriction. But we're talking about a bone stock car here.

Well I have news for you. At the end of the day your buddy "fatstang" is not the end all be all of modular mustangs. Neither am I, but I am by no means some punk ass rookie off the street as you might like to imply. It's a personal prefrence. Pepsi or Coke?

To the op I say try the 3.73's if you dont like them you can usually find someone willing to trade.

No, i just put a blower on this February. I was NA for a long time since i bought the car new and my first mods were a CAI/throttle body and a catback then 3.73's and the mid pipe was chocking a fairly stock NA car. I am going off experience, i dont know what you are basing you opinions off, but it his money and his final decision and we are all sharing our opinions right or wrong...
