As for having $100,000 into a 550 HP car...
Perhaps, he paid retail plus the dealer "Market Value Adjustment" Markup for a Shelby?

hell i had 30 grand in my car for 850 rwhp reliably.
never said it was all in the drivetrain, although theres a good chunk there. theres custom paint, suspension, if you need an itemized list let me know, theres no exageration here, man
