The Turbohorsepower is a little more custom and Jim will configure the kit to your specfic needs or use the standard kit if that is all you require. I don't know how good Jim's tune is. compared to Powerhouse, so I would recommend getting a custom tune with the THP kit. You really can't go wrong with either kit.

My vote? Power House all the way

Everyone is quick to point out the plumbing underneath the k-member, its even with the tires so as the tires go up so does the car and the clearance. My car sits pretty low and I have had no problems with the plumbing , in fact the plumbing that does scrape speed bumps is the mid pipe. No different then when you go with longtubes.
Im not sure why people feel that my car doesn't whistle thats not true , you can hear the Turbo spool very easily.
But like mentioned before people are going to pick and choose which ever the feel is better.
All I can say is My Hellion Kit fits perfectly from the beginning, unlike some of the other kits that most people have had to modify slightly to get them to fit right, which is understandable in my opinion with anything that is not factory.
The draw thru set up works just fine , while many other kits have had to re-design there pipeing to smooth out the MAF signal do to different size plumbing and location.
Again there have been modification to correct these issues .
I like the fact that my kit is all stainless hot and cold, I sent my kit to ceramic coat as well.
Not all the kits available out there use stainless, some use mild steel Jet Hot coated .
Again this still works fine.
Just do your research and by the kit that makes you feel comfortable.
Pete

I'm glad you like it, there is nothing better than enjoying what we buy, but in the case of the piping I do not like it and yes I've seen them, we had three cars with this kit installed, one even has the bigger piping option and is incredibly low, yes you won't scrap it on speed bumps but if you, by any chance get a rock or an uneven sewer or whatever on the road you can kiss you pipes goodbye. The clearance in the bigger version is just ridiculous, we had them modified and made the pipes flatter and wider and relocated so they will be closer to the k-member to gain some clearance there. If your car is a basically a track car or your roads are good enough that you have a better chance on getting struck by a thunder than getting something on them that can ruin the pipes then do it, down here it is an absolute no-no.
Regarding the sound, it is just a matter of taste, some will like the stealth condition of the Hellion some will just prefer to make noise, What I'm sure of is that Hellion does not sound like this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2EHkAtVsMe8
I'm not judging people for their tastes, just noting what it does and what it does not do, hey if people is spending 800$ and almost 400$ in installation on the hotrod cams just for the sound. Maybe this thing is important, personally I like the sound of the BOV.
And on the draw thru thing, I'm not a tuner, I'm just repeating what I've heard, as I said before, one of the Hellion cars has not been tuned just yet but with the paxton tune it had is running pretty fine, I was expecting otherwise.
I have nothing against the Hellion kit, I'm just pointing the things I do not like of it so people can make a wiser decision, I made mine, but it is just me. I got to say their kit is great, is almost always in stock and if you don't want to get too complicated you can get one from Brenspeed with everything you need including the tune (I forgot we did just that with a customer from another part of the country and he can't be happier).

I would have to agree with you on some points. The streets here in Miami are very good, thats why I guess I cant complain. I dont drive my car as much as before because I dont want to put alot of miles on it . I drive it mostly on the weekends and I have a Accord for dd for work .
I thought you were talking about Turbo whistle not the blow off. Then again my car is auto , and Im not blowing to the atmoshere. Like the Blow thru meters .
I also have the race pipe options .
Like I said previously pick one your happy with , they all make power.

you can hear my bov on this 10-140+mph datalogging run
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oIgXL1RBjUw
this is with the WG plumbed back into the exhaust so the car is pretty quiet compared to a open WG.

nice vid daniels but preferably I love lito's video hehe. Quiet turbo's for some reason just sound make the car sound slower lol. Just look at this one doesn't look that fast but sounds like if it has 600hp lol.

Andrew, that is not my car, mine is still NA and I really gonna miss that sound (check sig), but now, totally off topic, why people that record videos stops pushing their cars once they reach the camera man?? they are leaving the nicest parts out! In this turbo videos it is more understandable because you can hear the turbo whine mostly with an oncoming car but leaving the part that the car goes away takes an important part of it too.
