Default KB 2.8H powered s197 goes 9.50 @ 142

I made this video for my friends at ST. We went up to Famoso for Friday night TNT.

The 2.8H was at 24lbs, obviously race gas, etc. What I found interesting is that most of the runs were made with a M/T ET Street Radial. When they switched to the ET Street Bias, the car didn't hook as good. So it would seem the radial gets the job done. Take that for what its worth....

Here is the timeslip---a 6.05 @ 114 in the 1/8 is moving

Good question, I am going to try to find out. I know the new water tank for the intercooler he built in the trunk can hold 7 gallons now, and that should have helped. Its where the spare tire used to be. I am going to get one of those myself as I like the fact that the added weight is right where it needs to be. He only needs to ice down every other pass now.

Seems like that is the way to fly to control high Iat's when running decent boost. Did he make this himself, we have looked at a 5 gallon fuel cell with a pump design. We plan on doing some testing, it would be helpful to see what his Iat's were out the back.

Thanks
