Default 3V power with whipple?

Hey guys, I need some help for my Buds that are about to buy a 05 mustang GT that needs to be put together but its a good deal, The car has built motor (specs not sure of) and a Whipple. we are just trying to see what kind of power is capable of the whipple. what I am asking is could some people show the results with their whipple in a race tune and street tune set-up. Also do they make a 3.4L whipple for the 3V GT yet?

not enough details to give really good estimates, but
if it's a HO kit with 10psi pulley, you're looking at around
450-495 at the wheels.

not sure about the 3.4

You can find some data here:

There is data for other blowers in the TOC sticky thread at the top of this forum, too.

With the 2.3 Whipple and a built bottom end (as you state), you can reach 600 rwhp easily. With a 3.4 (i know of 3 people who ran this set up on a 3V), you can easily attain over 700 rwhp.

Just depends on how hard you want to push the car. I have 604 rwhp at 18psi, but on race gas as I view good gas as cheap insurance for the motor.

Here is my car running at the track just last Friday:

my best mph is 134 mph, so when I get the 60' sorted out it will easliy run a 10.2X.
