yes its done all the time with stock cams but the heads are almost alwaysw worked.

FYI with the new MMr stage2 heads and cams on a hot blistering 98* day I picked up 73hp on the cooler morning air he dynoed it at 701hp picking up a bit more...

can the cams help on a turbo lag? because i have a car with a single T71 and takes too long to get on boost it has 298, stage 1 BBR cams and it boost on 4800 RPM+

thats because those cams have far to much over lap they work great with a blower but a turbo should have almost no over lap and should have more intake then exhaust duration by about 5-8 degrees and you will spool way faster.
