Default Stage 3 HE? Check! Stage 2 IC? Check!

Here we go again!!!

A while back I was contacted and asked to test some new cooling products and with all the talk about new AFCO coming out, I thought we would throw another one in the mix.

Currently on the way:

Stage 3 Triple Pass Heat Exchanger with twin 9” Spal Fans

Stage 2 Intercooler – This intercooler has been tested and ran on Hajek Motorsports 1500hp 2010 E-85/soy Mustang that set the land speed record at 258.41 mph! It has prov-en an efficiency rating in upper 90% range.

Heat Shield Gaskets and Pads – These Gaskets and Pads create a near impenetrable thermal Barrier between all of the intake tracks surfaces. The Composite developed blocked 500 TIMES the Surface to Surface Heat Transfer of any other gasket material available! See the chart below.

Dual Trunk Mounted Ice Tanks - With both tanks filled with ice, the hot fluid passes through the first tank to “Pre-Cool” it before it’s routed into the “Cold” Tank and back to the engine.

Eric will start testing the first HE in a couple weeks. Then the IC and Gaskets and finally the complete system with the Dual Tanks. I'll get the info out as it comes in so stay tuned!

Can't wait to get started on the install and see how well it performs.

can someone explain what gaskets are used?

The SC is going to get as hot (or hotter) than the motor itself...

So are these gaskets protecting the IC from the sc heat or from engine heat?

The set consists of the SC, IC, Lower Intake and 4 thermal pads (not shown) placed under the intake.

Are the gaskets already on the market? If so where to purchase.
