I JUST PLAIN LOVE THAT CAR...did I mention the interior is awesome?
So what do you guys think? Do we take the Ford GT or the Saleen S7 7.0L Twin Turbo?

2005 Saleen S7 Twin Turbo

This is a very tough call guys!! I'm not sure! LOL!! Help me out.. Which is the better deal? They say there is no replacement for discplacement..

Can you imagine how much horsepower you could make with a 7.0L V8 Twin Turbo? I am afraid to even crunch the numbers on it.. LOL!!

I had to crunch the numbers on it..

These are the stats..

427ci Twin Turbo @ 5psi @7500RPM

100% VE = 1825CFM

173.5lbs/min Flowrate @ 5psi 100F Boost temp 100%VE-- 87lbs/min per turbo

100% VE HP = 1508HP Flywheel

80%VE HP = 1206HP Flywheel..

Dear Lord!!

As you can see by these numbers, Joe's GT is very impressive!! I mean an absolute standout!! Awsome job Joe!! WOW!!

I may have gotten greedy on the RPM's.. I should have used 6500RPM for the Saleen..

I think the trick for the GT is the price.. If you can get one for 190-200K, then its one hell of a deal over a half a million dollar Saleen..

I would probably go for the GT as well, and up the boost on that chasing after the Saleens.. LOL!! But thats just me.. Obviously Joe feels the same way...

But the Saleen motor is nuts... Its also running at 11:1 compression... With twin turbo's! WOW!!

Damn!!

The Ford GT setup like the one in the video, is also quite sinister...LOL!

I think Joe is doing quite well for himself... @ 1453RWHP he does not have much to worry about... Except for making sure his brakes stay in very good condition...

He just had a top of the line Boss 330 shortblock made...hence the Boss 330 Racing sticker above the engine.

I have the pleasure of being near both of the turbo'd GT's, and Joes is one sick ride. I've ridden in Torrie's Twin Turbo Black GT with the same Stage6 Motorsports kit when it dyno'd at 1,046 to the wheels and it was the craziest thing I've ever felt. It's impossible to describe. I can't imagine Joe's with the new block and 400+ more ponies. Oooomph!

They're amazing cars, and it's scary how docile it is around town. It's just perfect...
