If they are using the same brake reservoir make sure you check the cap... it will most likely leak on you.

i have been having probs wth my tranny from the start and after 2 trips to one dealer i took it to a diff dealer and fords replacing the trans,clutch, and bolts to trans... i hope the trans is better than the last one

Really what Dealer found out there is a problem with the Trans.......

What problem did you have?

Mine is a bit notchy and hard to get in gear at times, usually when cold. I figured it was normal

Nope not normal...There is no tsb, recall or ssm, I sat on the phone with Ford engineering for 30 minutes with this member in front of me. They are having issues internally in the trans and the twin disk clutch set up. I really cannot go into deep details but there is a known problem, they are sending me a new trans and clutch set-up. When I get some time, I will update our area (ask the dealer) with some new tsb's and ssm's that are out for the 07/08 but this one you will not find. It is pricey so I am sure Ford is taking them case by case and dealer by dealer.
