Yep, exactly as Ed said.
That's how I did a friend's 3.4 Whipple Crusher install. Went so far as to grind a small bevel all the way around the coolant plug to help with removal.

I know a lot have been using the 1 piece 13-14 GT500 oil pan gasket/ windage tray combo!
The windage tray and gasket are a one piece combination!!
That’s what I plan to use!

I think his biggest concern was that he went straight from 0 lb/ft to 85 lb/ft torque in one shot per stud. Is this still ok to go with even though he didn’t gradually torque the studs?

If your careful you can just reuse the original gasket.
I’ve had mine apart over half a dozen times and I’m still on the original throttle body gasket and original elbow to blower gasket
