I have been in his position. I sold a guy a part that was defetcive (i had no idea it was defective) and he started a giant thing saying i was a scammer. I even refunded him more then he paid to make...

Even if he refuses, you should refund him. You have the address (because he sent you payment with it) so do it.

Oh....thats no bueno..did he attempt to grind it down? I believe that make bearings as big as. 40? So if you could grind past the cracks it could be usable?

I do infact see the hairline cracks..
Im kinda noobish to builds, but can you not grind the crank down to. 20 and use thicker bearings? Or is the hairline crack enough to make it scrap worthy?
