I'm also interested in how the Holley Terminator or Dominator goes? Particularly the ones that drive the 4R70w. Strangely,according to the Holley site, it seems the TerminatorX drives the 4R but the...

Really!?, Surely you'd make one header and just leave an exhaust manifold on the other side??

Actually I meant that Inertia dynos(like a Dynojet) read higher so, the Mustang dyno being an eddy current
dyno tends to have less inflated numbers and I do realise at the end of day... it's just a...

Here's my 3V conversion that I was working on before a factory move rudely interrupted my progress:weep: Plus I have too many projects:weep:

Thanks for the Vid Heith,
Got any more details on your combo?
I notice the graph says "Engine torque & Hp", is it really this or wheel figures?
What type of dyno is it?...it appears to be an...
"Ghost" cams are only an ECU calibration change to increase overlap to an engine with variable valve timing, like a Coyote. Your 4.6 does not have variable valve timing so it's not possible to do....

Which means Holley has even less an excuse as to why it's not already available.
06-01-2015, 07:36 PM
This guy at Holley told me they didn't even have a time line for the coding of a 4R70 or any Ford trans for that matter. Either way I'm going the Pro-M route.
05-31-2015, 09:08 AM
That would mean the left hand at Holley, doesn't know what the right is doing.
05-31-2015, 05:49 AM
Not anytime soon they told me.
05-28-2015, 10:40 PM
Well i tried again and this time I actually got a reply from Chris(Thanks Chris) at Pro-M and it will indeed run the V10. Trans control will be available later too!
So I think I'll be going with...

Well apparently my enquiry was not important enough to warrant a reply from Pro-M.
11-09-2014, 06:39 AM
I'll send em an email.
We don't have returnless fuel systems here anyway so that doesn't matter.
We have the V10 code available in our PCM's here in Australia but the drivers aren't...

I've been looking at this system and wondered if there's a list of specs somewhere for it?
For example I'd like to know if it will control a 4R70 and still have enough drivers to run a V10?

A 3V has a plastic intake.
2V's have alloy or half alloy, half plastic depending on the year/application.
A good intake starting point for a 3V V10 is two 5.4 3V intakes chopped up. I think they...
Can anyone shed any light on Hughes Performance transmissions? Good or bad?
I'm was eyeing off one of their 4x4 4R70's.
Can anyone tell me the timeline of V10 production?
I've got a rough idea of;
Non PI = 97-00
PI = 01-04
3V = 05-up
But I'm led to believe 2V's were continued in vehicles other than...
Great discovery na svt!
It's not a rumour.

Depends....how much will you pay and how long can you wait?:)
12-20-2010, 06:16 PM
Yes i do but he won't do them anymore. It's too much work and people don't want to pay enough to have it done. I'll be using the jigs and doing it myself.
08-20-2010, 06:30 AM
I just scored one out of the quokka yesterday! Got the whole thing for $450!?
Time to start chopping.

The manifold came from here in Perth. Tony made it out of a stock one. I'm trying to find a 2nd hand upper(or whole intake) at the moment so I can make one the same. There was one on ebay not long...

Here's the setup that my mate Tony makes. It improves distribution substantially and you pick up torque and power through the whole rev range. This would be the shot for your engine...
Thanks man. Glad you like it.
I bought them direct from DiFilippo so no I don't think so.
How big is this system? If you mean twin outlet that requires cutting the bumper I won't be doing that.
Got some headers folks.
They are DiFilippo 1 3/4" 4into1 made of 409 stainless. They are nicely made. Now to get some time to fit them.:unsure:...
Got some new wheels for the ute.
They are Koya Driftek in 18 x 8.5", 18 x 9.5" with cheap ass achilles tyres 235/265(they were part of the package deal). They are ok in the dry but have yet to see...
Ute is short for Utility.
Well it's all relative...in my ute I think it lacks torque and doesn't really go until over 4000rpm which means there is only a 2000rpm window to play with. Of course the ute is over 1800kg too. ...
You don't have a shot of those two intakes upside down?
I think I'd prefer the 13" runners over the 10" because these engines lack torque. The Boss intake looks like it has a nice taper in the...
