Solved the problem! The passenger cam was out of phase 180 degrees. Because of waste spark, all 8 still fired, just out of sync. Hope this helps someone down the road. Cant believe I did that after...

Ported TFS heads vs ported Patriot heads.
Drivers head installed with cam ready to be degreed.
Went with felpro 1141. I dont think any gasket would fit over head bolt heads and the stock bolt shanks are the same diameter as arp. 11 mm. Its the pins or dowel that were the problem.

Not sure. I would suspect alternator issues if it dropped below 13 or 12.5. 14.5 should be max.
I gapped mine at 0.025 but that was 18 psi and 575 ish rwhp. Can you log voltage?
What are your plugs gapped at?
