I'm in the midst of my 5.4 4v swap. I was pretty set on the '00 Cobra R intake...then I saw the FR500C. I also found out that it fits FGT heads. Anybody know which intake is better, '00 Cobra R intake or FR500C? Or even what the differences are? I'm thinking about going N/A.
