This is a complete used set of 03-04 Cobra heat exchanger brackets.You get what you see in the picture- 2 big brackets, 2 bracket clamps ,front bar, 2 rubber mounts and bolts.
$300 shipped.

Okay low ballers should be scared off- $250 ship OBO.

Remember this is over $500 at dealer even at employee cost. Even through Latemodel Restoration your looking over $300 for all the parts.

I think your still short the two upper support brackets to attach it two the bumper support from that list which I have. Could be wrong as I am unsure what all you really noted.

It also say obo, and thanks for being a jerk and posting this in my ad vs send me a pm to ensure you listing is correct. This is why I don't post here that much anymore because of yahoo like you.
