    Just rebuild the T-Loc.

I did it in my 94. I got a kit from Pyle Brothers out of Texas. It had thicker clutches and thinner metal discs. Plus it had instructions for packing it tighter. You can do it with the regular clutches and by using a different stacking technique.

If C is a clutch and P is a plate,
Stock is something like CPPCPPC, you want CPCPCPC

So you will need two kits as mentioned for the extra clutches, and will have to reuse your least worn used clutch to make it all fit.

rebuild it with one extra friction on each side. Just save the best 2 out of the old ones you take out so you don't have to buy 2 kits.

buy the Ford clutch pack kit $60 you get a a bunch of extra shims each one is a different thickness.
The shims come in pairs for both sides.
I used the next bigger size than stock for my GT and the rear was tight as a drum.
In grass or dirt, the rear was almost a posi.

It will shutter for some time, just go to a parking lot and do some figure 8's until it's gone. Your golden. I wish I would have redone my Cobras when I added MJ's brace.

Ok Thanks guy!!!!!!!! Does anyone know for sure what the stock setup is

If C is a clutch and P is a plate,
Stock is something like CPPCPPC, you want CPCPCPC

or is this just a guess........... and are you sure that it should then be changed to every other one???? Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

You are correct...if you remove every other "steel" or "plate" you'll have the room for the extra clutch. You'll probably need a thicker than stock side shim, which also comes with the new clutch pack kit. I've done several this way, both for myself and for friends...
