    Default FPW IRS Differential Cover

    Fore Precision Works full billet IRS Differential Cover is well on its way to production! Fore is making sure to accommodate many 8.8 IRS applications including multiple versions from Ford. The Fore IRS differential cover replaces the factory cast aluminum cover with integrated features for improved durability and functionality.


    The Fore Precision IRS Differential Cover promises to be a ‘one-of-a-kind piece!’

    ~ Added benefits include:
    Engineered, high rigidity design for maximum strength

    Billet 6061-T6 material is highly resistant to failure

    Axle bearing cap pre-load bolts for maximum differential strength and reliability

    Bottom accessible drain plug for simple draining


    O-ring seal will not leak and does not require silicone for easy and clean installation and removal

    Temperature port for monitoring the differential fluid temperature

    Additional feed and return ports for differential cooler

    We got our shipment in today I believe, so I pulled one out of the box and gawd damn it's a beautiful work of art! I wish I had IRS in my car just so I could bolt that baby up in there.

    I asked Jared if he wanted to take some more but he declined as the photos that Fore has already posted are pretty damn good. I will run it by him again though

    Dayum that's pretty. It obviously won't work with a Billet Flow brace so is it strong enough to do away with the brace without worry. I like the addition of the ports to add a diff cooler for an open track car. What is the cost?

    Yes, we have released these.

    They are currently on backorder due to the aluminum supplier, but plan to receive the material in the near future. Feel free to contact us to get you on the next batch.

    Due to the rise of aluminum pricing and additional parts added like the expansion tank, the new price is $699.

    I guess it's a good thing I got mine when I did... wish I could have actually installed the part when I got it

    Just out of curiousity has he resolved the issue that I had with my cover or is it still sitting in the same spot it has been for some time now
