So I am in the middle of rebuilding my motor, I am trying to install the Crank Sprockets

http://www.trickflow.com/partdetail.asp?part=TFS-51800505&view=32&N=400098+150&orig=1

I got it part way on and over the Crank key but its pretty much stuck about 1/2" onto the crank. What is the best way to get this to push back over the crank? The crank is brand new Kellogg crank and my head guy gave me these adjustable gears and already degreed the cams so I just need to set it on each sprocket and lock them together. I dont want to pound on them with a hammer just curious what others have done. Thanks!

how can the cams alredy be degreed the chains have to be on the motor to degree them properly and to the original question like nick said is it the keyway of the crank itself
