Those rims look really nice!! There is a local place here in Pittsburgh that told me about $600 for a set of 4 rims ( bimini - that was the 4 Cobra rims I bought from you for my SuperCoupe ). Cermacrome ( chrome-like powdercoat finish ) with a clear powdercoat on top for protection. I'm assuming the final product would be VERY similar to the finish on these SHO rims. I had a set of aluminum valve covers done with the cermacrome ( without the clear powdercoat ) and they look great. The name of the place is Prism Powdercoating - in Hopewell, PA.
Rather than wax I'd use one of the available coatings such as Optimum 2.0, lasts for years whereas wax lasts a few weeks. Easy soap and water cleanup, no harsh wheel cleaners needed. Available from online retailers such as Autogeek.
