30venom if your sig is right man you need to pull those 4.10s out and run 3.55 or maybe a 3.31 gear

FR500C 5.4 Twin Turbo
Here are some photos of how i did it. I made adapter plates out of 1.5" thick aluminum and milled them down to 1 3/8" to get the port alignment I needed. I plan on doing a thread on this build gut just havnt got around to it. Its almost done, just need to order cams and cam followers. Thanks

so is this combo running and if so what are the powerbands of the engine with that intake and it's long runners. Also i see you have turbo cams but as far as their specs they aren't posted but was wondering if they were on the wild side or in the middle ground. I was wondering with the size of the runners would the fr500c and a sizable cam carry the 5.4 into the mid to upper 6K area without tailing off and once there would it flatten out or just roll over at a point.
Thanks

As stated in last post , the build is almost complete. all i have left to do is order my cams and rockers. Cams will be custom spec'ed by "Bullit Cams" and will be close to a stage 2. My request when i first talked to Mark was that i wanted it to pull to 6300-6500, he didnt seem to think it would be a problem. I plan on testing 2-3 differant length runners with this combo. I will have custom Bell mouths made in a couple diff. lengths. From my home work i think in the end i will be running 2" bell's to get me to the RPM i want. This will run on 93 with water/meth inj. and a compression of 9.5:1. My goal is 1000 RWHP with 22+ psi and around 750 on 18+ . I have a buddy with a similar combo except on a big bore 4.6 and a little smaller turbos. He made 1000+ on E85 @ 5700. his cams were way differant though.
As i get this thing running and tuned i will have way more info, I will keep this thread up to date or start a new. either way i will post results. thanks

Super old thread update, but hey better late than never. my 5.4 Roush/Yates proto type GT500 headed FR500c twin turbo mustang made 1013 WHP and 913 TRQ @ 21 PSI. it has precision 6466 BB turbos, managed by BIGG STUFF 3, runs all LS sensors and was running a built 4L80E GM Auto. this was on E85 and 9.3:1 compression. there is way more in it but i was tired of breaking parts and i met my goal of 1000+ so we stopped there. also the wheels were spinning on the rollers with 4 people in it and also a trunk full of full 5 gallon gas cans. and if its spinning its not measuring so no point in going higher. car is amazing and crazy fast. thanks to everyone who helped and gave input on the build.Attachment 171687Attachment 171689
