Appearance parts questions

I'm thinking about buying a roush front bumper for my 12 GT and delete the fogs from the grille since the roush locates them in the bumper now. My question is where is a good place to buy it and should I go with a pre-painted one or have it painted at my local body shop? The car is grabber blue.
Also anyone have the new raxiom taillight a that move the reverse light to below the brake lights? I think there sweet looking but I'm just concerned with fitment and quality.

Stage 3 might have it. Considering the hassle/time of taking it to a paint shop, might as well have it pre-painted, assuming they don't charge up the arse for it, lol.
