The real skinny... 4V Navigator heads on 2V F150 5.4

Ok, so I've searched and read and searched and read.

I get everything from "super easy, no problem" to "so much work it's not worth it".

I want to put 4V Navigator heads on my 2002 F150. And I have few quick questions:

1 - I know 99-04 Navigator, but are any of these heads better than any other?

2 - parts needed; heads
cam drive system, is this the right one? (http://www.fordracingparts.com/parts/part_details.asp?PartKeyField=11443)
Navigator intake
custom headers (unless there are some that I'm not finding)
valve covers ( I assume)
timing chain cover (or maybe mine will fit)
missing anything?

I will have the heads worked and upgraded and install HP cams.

I will rebuild the bottom end with forged internals.

I want to run it N/A for a while and then probably go turbo. Any suggestions and comments are welcome.

I'm sure the 10.25" rear end will handle quite a bit.

What can I do to make the trans hold up to 1000HP? (4R100)

Anybody know a good tuner on the lower East Coast?

I know where I can get a set of heads for $450, would I be better off with a whole engine for $2000?

Have I simply bumped my head?

I have to side with Angry on this one, a full motor swap would probably cost close to the same as all the hassle you're looking at for a head swap. The motor, wiring harness, and PCM from the navigator should get you where you need to be (unless the PCM you have can be flashed or tuned for the new motor).
