A friend of mine just bought this 2011 Mustang GT which is very clean, and runs really great.

It just has this weird issue that when on partial throtte, a check engine comes up with Random missfire detected, Cyl 3 missfire , and cyl 5 missfire.

I have tried checking EVERYThing possible to this issue.

Swaped plugs
Swaped coils
Engine compression test,
Clean fuel system
Clean injectors
Retune
inspect all the harness through coils

I am out of guesses on it and I am expecting it may be the VVT cam sensors, even though it doesnt just sound right.

I need help, suggestions please on this issue..

Has anyone done a flywheel or flexplate on it? Clutch job maybe? Might need to do a crank relearn if so.

The car is imported from US. So am not really sure if there has been anything over that area changed or whatever.

X2, Crank relearn and no more problems.
