got support from tech, worked with target ratios a bit more and pump squirt

You need to get your EFI System tuned for your engine. If you don't know how then you need to go to a shop that does.

I understand the EFI parameters, just wanted to see if anyone had insight for good research

I'll def try to work that out, have some leads luckily!
Leads are guesses. Data logs show you what is happening.

Knowing what is happening is always preferable to attempting repairs based on guesses.
