Even though im sure the engine was being used for mock-up purposes.. since exhaust and upper intake have only spot welds on them.. it doesn't help your cause of never been raced... when people see a motor plate, sheet metal upper, what appears to be a t-6 turbo with 5' exhaust, aftermarket fuel rails and a moroso aluminum pan.. 
if you are including everything in the first pic for $4000 it might sell.. but if you only want to get that for the long block........ damn....... $4000 for a stock block ain't going to happen, but never hurts to try.
