Default Pics of my -16 head fittings and -20 rad supply

I tackled this because I didn't feel the -12 sold in other kits was sufficient in my mind to flow enought coolant to make me happy. This is two -16 head coolant fittings I made supplying the piece mounted to core support that houses fill point and inline t stat. -20 comes out of that supplying radiator with a custom -20 an fitting I made.

Definitely a full streetcar ac,heat, everything. My last fox a was a racecar and I wanted to build something pretty quick that I could drive anywhere without worries.

Very nice work Cody! You definitely did the right thing with the -16 hose out of the heads. The -20 after the merge helps maintain the flow nicely. Although it is hard to sometimes find and pricey a -24 line after the merge would approximate the OEM top hose ID fairly closely.

The visual when you look at the engine compartment is just stunning. Very. very nice work Cody!

Thanks Ed! Those compliments mean a lot coming from you!
On the subject of the -20 merge. The reason I was able to justify it so easily was in the stock crossover it necked down severely smaller if you looked into the outlet itself. So I made an effort to make it free flowing as possible to prevent any choke points I could. I would venture to say this flows as good or better than the stock crossover that I had.

Funny thing is even with all of that. The water passage in the thermostat even if its a high flow thermostat is only the size of a single -20 fitting.
