    Default Tools and parts to make Modular V8 and V10 Conversions and Swaps easier

    MerkWerke has made it simpler, safer more secure to remove and replace ANY Mod Motor in any vehicle the motor will fit in. No more ratchet straps, motorcycle tie down straps, rope or seat belt webbing. Mod Motor Engine Lifters come in chain and tilting lift styles. And for Coyote swaps, a "Factory Look" power steering pump bracket for type II Ford and GM pumps. There's also a 4.6 to Coyote oil pan adapter for those starting with a Mod Motor equipped car and may have already invested in an aftermarket oil pan.     4.6 Oil Pan to Coyote Adapter, load spreader and reinforcement. In the event that you've already purchased an aftermarket oil pan and don't want to purchase a new swap pan, this is the answer. The pan in the pix is from a Mk8.

    Chain Lifter. The 2V lift counts for the B and C 4V heads as they all share the same bolt pattern.

    Very nice!
    The problem that I see with the lift hooks for 2v and 4v engines is that they can only be used with headers removed from the heads.
    Once the engine is set in, many times there isn't enough room to actually install headers. I think it would be preferable to use attachment points for those hooks which attach in a similar fashion to the factory ford hooks off the assembly line. That way exhaust can be installed prior to putting the engine in.
