Default spring and spring rates (help)

i purchased a 2004 that already had coilovers but its way to low and rides pretty rough. the exhaust scrapes. i just installed a new mid and cat back so i dont want this thing going around town scraping. Im looking to perches a new set of coil overs but I'm trying to find out the best spring rates to go with. I want it a little stiffer then stock but i dont want track rates, i want to be able to enjoy the ride. does anyone know the stock rates and have any insight or pointers?

Call Maximum Motorsports. They can recommend something. Try a 12" 300 lbs coil over spring.
