305ci Big Bore 4.6L DOHC Long Block

Due to my daughter's medical costs I've had to sell my cars and now it's time to sell the parts too.

This is a fresh build that has never been fired.

Production 03-04 4.6L aluminum block dry sleeved to a 3.700 bore, Forged Cobra/ Mach 1 5sp. Crank (stock3.550 stroke), Manley billet I-beam rods, Diamond forged 15cc dished pistons, ARP main and head studs, .051" Cometic head gaskets, FR500 heads (not ported), FR500 valve train, Crower stage 1 turbo cams (see Spec Card), Canton 7 Qt. oil pan. New oil pump and pick up. Not installed but included Canton windage tray (will require modifying oil pick up tube), and a DSS Main support girdle. I did not install the girdle because to do so you have to remove main studs reducing it from 4 bolt main caps with side bolts to 2 bolt main caps with side bolts.

Compression calculates to 9.09:1

Included is a Mercury Marauder engine wire harness and coil packs, Marauder Fuel rails with stock 18 lb injectors, stock throttle body and your choice of Marauder or Mach 1 intake. The Mach 1 intake will come with the Mach 1 tubing, stock and C&L mass air meter and K&N conical filter.

Stock 03 DOHC heads (will need to be cleaned) $1000

Art Carr C-4 with brake (3rd gear is out) $350
