I am happy. Gotta get the rev limiter reset so I can use the new internals, but the first 100 shot pass on the new combination at a 3000 ft track was better than I thought it would be....

The little convertible race weight is 3500 lbs. Low 11s next time out on a 150 shot and the rev limiter raised to 8000 rpm.

Eric--thanks. If I ever leave nitrous, I'm going with a turbo, and that is a difficult install, so I am probably sticking with the juice for a while. I think a 150 shot will be a lot of fun, and not too hard on the itty bitty Ford, even up to 8000 rpm.

Joe, I've read a lot of your posts but it just dawned on me I don't know what your setup is.

I've been in and out of time on business so I missed your post, vetkilr.

The front is 94 V6 springs and no sway bar, Tokico drag struts, AJE crossmember. The rear is HPM upper and lower, QA1 shocks, no quad shocks, air bag on each side, welded up torque boxes, GT sway bar and springs, 1/2 coil cut from each GT spring. HPM lowers in lower hole. 32 psi in right bag, 15 psi in left. 4.56 gear, welded tubes, Detroit Locker, Superior axles, Superior steel bearing cap on left side only. Amsoil lube.

I assembled it all except for the welding and alignment.

I ran an 11.06 at 124.5 mph a week ago. Nearly there.
