5.4 for sale. Came out of a 2002 F-150 with 144,000 miles. Ran great when pulled on 2/7/09. The engine is complete with intake, injectors accessories everything the serp. belt is even still on it. It apears to be very well taken care of the oil is clean and the engine even had a block heater on it, which seems unusual for a gasoline engine. $1500 o.b.o.
