    Default Tuned with the 3.4

Just got the cobra tuned with the 3.4. It made 19psi as opposed to the 22psi I was told the pulley combo would make. Either way It feels pretty damn good.
Wheels spun alittle bit on the dyno.

I dont feel 19psi is enough for this thing to realy shine. Im trying to figure out why it made less. My guess is that the Mteco 6.5" lower is reducing boost more than the advertised 2lbs.

I'm not being negative, just honest, but those numbers are low for 19 psi. Any idea how much timing was seen on the datalog?

bone stock, so im not loosing boost through anything like that. stock manifolds too.

that run had 21* I think this blower realy needs to be up to atleast 21psi

run it at the track and see how it does. The numbers for a big blower like that at 19psi or whatever pulley combo that is, are kinda low. but then again, dyno numbers are just that.

I am still a believer in the 2.2 and 2.3 blowers for our 4.6's

    exactly

Im not big on making huge numbers on the dyno, the car ****ing rips like a bat out of hell and thats what I want.

I am gonna run it up to 22lbs once I figure out why its less than it should be.

3.50" upper and the Metco 6.5" lower.

Ive posted this in a few threads on a few sites. I believe the lower is reducing boost more than 2lbs as Metco advertised. The smaller lower could also be a factor in my lack of torque.

Put some manifolds on that beast I'm sure it will help, maybe those GT cams and ported heads.

so a 4 inch upper would give you 17psi. what other lower do you have to put on to see how much you boost goes up.

I dont. I had the stock lower before. If the lower is the culprit then a 4.00" upper would be 16psi.
