    Default Ysi

I will be getting the CCW YSI for My 02 mustang GT 5-speed with a stroker built 2V. I will use the 8 rib pulley kit. What blower pulley size do I need to run 24-26lbs of boost? 2.80? It will be primarily a track car using 110+ octane.

the YSI is rated for 60,000 rmp with a amax of 65,000, if you run a 7.5 crank pulley with a 2.80 blower pulley would bring it to about 55,500 rpm @ 6000 rpm if you shift @ 6500 rpm would bring the unit up to 60,000 which would be in the 25-28 psi range depending on heads cam an other factors.

the formula your looking for is
Crank pulley size X 3.45X rpm divided by blower pulley size.

    good luck

    oh ya HANG ON!!!!!
