ok ive done a search with no answers, i know the gt has a bastard fuel system! with that bein said i wanna put a aeromotive 340 pump in it, does anyone know what needs to be done to put it in?? also this would be the same if installing a walbro 255, any help would be greatly appreciated

To run the aeromotive pump you need to change your tank to a 96 97 style. I'm using a aviator pump in my 98 and its working great so far.

I am running an Aviator Pump in my '98. It was a direct swap and flows 310lbs.

You can also get an svt focus pump which is also a direct swap.
