One more week and daylight savings is here - can't come soon enough. With spring coming, I'm thinking about porting the heaton. Right now, its a simple 2.80 pulley. What is the max steggy port I can go with and keep the STOCK fuel system. I have heard up to 15psi. I just don't have money for the KB pumps/injectors ect. I have the colder plugs and the SCT mass air meter. Any opinion/comments/directions are appreciated. Thanks!

a BAP would really be best after the port, however, you could run a wiring upgrade that would be WAY less than a BAP. It would probably give you just the amount of head room you need with the port at 15 psi. You could also do the line upgrade to the rails for a little more head room. These two combined would drop your fuel pump duty cycle maybe 5-10%.

Just a couple suggestions that are fairly cheap.

Your injectors will be fine with that 2.80 and port, but you might run out of pump. You can find a BAP for around $150 if you look around in the classifieds.
