OK, here are the meat and potatoes. Here is the baseline data from the stock plenum / stock TB. Here are the details on the car:

-2000 GT
- 10# P1sc S/C kit with a 3 core intercooler
- 42# injectors
- Focus pump
- Lightning 90mm MAF
- Bassani cat-back
- MAC off road H-pipe
- My chip
* everything else on the car is stone stock

The testing was done with an average of 10 minutes passing between each run. This was to allow the temperatures stabilize and maintain as much consistency as possible. I started each run with 176 degrees (ECT) showing on the scan tool, and I LOCKED the timing at 14 degrees in the chip as not to skew the results. Notice the correction factors from the runs, they were all damn near identical, I couldn't have done a more fair and honest comparison............period.

What is interesting and I can't explain is how the C&L Plenum and BBK 75mm TB continued to make better power each successive run. The power did stabilize (I did back up runs), but I've never seen this before, and god knows I've done thousands of tests.

Here is a link to a run after a LONG cool down, I would say that an hour had past. I warmed up the car to the same temp as the test runs (176 degrees ECT) and then dropped the hammer! I was floored, the little 2v is making some steam, and this is the 91 octane pump gas tune.

As soon as time permits, I'll fill 'er full of 100 octane and lock the timing at 19 degrees........but according to my datalogs, the little Focus ("Chicane") pump is about done. It's time for a 2003 Cobra tank / dual pump set up, but I'll ditch the stock 03 pumps in favor of a pair of the Focus ("Chicane") pumps.
