I didnt want to distract from the Spring thread so I will ask here, Why the Keyway style sprockets ? Cant a Sprocket be made like the Ricers use, or something like the New Steeda Timing adjuster ? It seems to me that that would be much easier than having to remove the entire timing chain assembly.

2V & 4v adjustable gears

We will have an announcement in less than 2 weeks of our new independently adjustable gears for the 2V & 4V Cammers.

After initial installation you can adjust them without removing the chains.

what really sucks about those will be that you have to take the front timing cover off to adjust them...unlike the honda boys that can do it in 5min...but I do think it's an EXCELLENT alternative to grinding off the keyway on the cams!
