I assume you mean a Saleen Series I or II, since those were the Eaton M90's?
Further assuming that the snout/pulley mounts are identical (I have no idea), I still don't think you'd want to do it.
My understanding is the Cobras have a fairly large upper (3.x"?) and also a large dedicated lower in the neighborhood of 7.5". Meanwhile, the Series I and II started out with something like a 2.9" blower pulley, and of course by using just the one serpentine belt the "lower" is the crank, at about 6.5".
IIRC when the Series I and II guys upped the boost they went with a 2.6" (66mm) pulley.
The Series IV twin screw is completely different and uses a 4-bolt pulley, so no puller or pressing it on or any of that noise. Those were 3.125" stock, and to up the boost you could drop down to a 2.9" or 2.8" at the smallest I think.
