I have a 99 281sc Saleen. I have a cut out problem when I run the car hard. It happens when I take the car to high rpm and let off to shift. When I hit the next gear and floor the gas pedal, the car completely dies for about a half a second. Just like someone shut off the key and turned it back on again. Is it the tps sensor?
Thanks

This topic was just covered in the 03 forum. Ford built in torque retards in the ECU. So when you shift the motor cuts power to save driveline parts. You can have this featured disabled with a chip on request.
