has anyone ever made a manifold or tryed to use a 03 04 blower on the 96 98 b head or any other style eaton,roots style blower, also will headers from a b head fit 03 04 heads,the gaskets listed are the same so i would assume the ports should match up

Lot's of people ask this. You really should search before asking these kinds of questions or you will get flamed.

A number of people have started to build a manifold that will do what you ask, but to my knowledge, no one has ever finished one.

Kenne Bell makes an "open house" manifold unfortunely these only come in a supercharger kit plus they have no intercooler so you have to do meth injection. It would probably be easier to to a "c" head swap then you could use a terminator lower & eaton

And even then you have to grind down the Teksid knock sensor bosses and a half dozen other bosses to get the terminator lower to fit.

That's a good point I never thought of also teksids have 10:1 cr so the boost would have to be kept low to prevent detonation
