How does the EEC V handle misfires on the 03? If the misfires are caused by running plugs that are too cold and fouling at lower RPM will the EEC reduce fuel going into engine?

misfires.....

It totally depends on the programing in your chip. I run tr6's set at 35 gap......the low speed burble the problem you are refering to? The eec shouldn't be trimming the fuel curve back in that situation....hermann

Thanks herman. It stumbled pretty bad at times when I first fire it up and did have a low speed burble/stumble. I put motocrafts back in last night, one step colder than the stock plugs I had and gapped em at .032. Stumble at idle is gone and at low RPM is noticably reduced.

On a side note, do you actually tune your own chips or do you get tunes from diablo and use a red chip?
