My stang has been running rough since I put it back together. I thought I had a intake leak somwhere. I cleaned the IAC no help then I pulled the vacuum line off of the EGR and bam idles like normal so I stuck it back on and it killed the car WTF. Will this hurt anything to leave it plugged. The car runs better than ever now or should I replace the whole valve

any possibility you got the lines crossed? I want to say it should be a green line going to the egr valve. If it dies when you hook it up at idle, then its getting vacuum al lthe time ,which it shouldnt. Theres a solenoid that controls it, that the vacuum lines go to first. It has a filter in it that likes to plug up and itll hold an egr valve on when it shouldnt.
