Is this waterless coolant better in the Heat Exchanger and or Radiator?
Anybody try this product?

I have seen that stuff and it seems like it might work, but changing everything out looks like a PITA. Having to remove every bit of the regular coolant doesn't seem easy. I might use it in the case of a complete rebuild though.

Evans NPG+

Jim,
I put NPG+ in my Pantera, I had a clean system, which made it easy.It works well and is non toxic.Downside,do not get it on your skin,it burns, doesn't leave a mark though.Price is high.
The stuff looks like a light oil, same color and probably like a 10wt viscosity.
Good luck, Guy

Used it in an 02 Lightning. It was a PITA to get every ounce of water and factory antifreeze out of the system before install.

But I did notice that under boost and at the track during hotter conditions the Temp was consitiently 5-8 degrees lower. And this was during July/ Aug of 02.

I also tried it in the Intercooler system and saw mo noticable improvemnt in Temp between the #1 and #2 air temp sensor.

It would be better money spent on an upgraded intercooler lower radiator or the Meziere Water Pump.

Thanks,

Jon L
