I’m new to this forum but I have 2000 mustang gt and the fuel pump is getting power but will not run unless grounded out. The inertia switch is getting power and is pushed in. I have replaced the driver module but still nothing. I’ve also bought another pump but has the same issue. Has anyone had this problem?

Did you rule out any broken wires? I only ask this because I drilled a hole in my floor one time and drilled right into a harness. It may not be a broken wire but if you can check the continuity from the front of the car back to the module and then from the module to the pump then you can at least rule that out as a potential problem
