I'm going to try to run 14-16 psi on my new engine. It is going to have all forged internals and blower friendly compression. My question is the fuel system. What do I need to run that boost levels? Will a 255 intank and 42 pound injector cut it?

Maybe you can supply us with more info on ur combo?

Are you doing the install yourself? What does your tuner say?

Being the greedy horsepower bastards that we are :D I would overkill the fuel system. I would get the tank sumped, Bosch 390 inline pump, -10 feed line, -8 return and -6 to a Weldon regulator. I would also go with bigger rails and the largest injectors your system will support. That way, if you ever decide to move up, the fuel system will always be ready.

Hope this helps,
Ben Dorn

Fuel System is the #1 most important part of your combo. If there is one thing you cannot overdo is the fuel system.

I talked to Mike Wesley tonight about this same thing, good fuel systems for the pre-99 mod motor cars. He said he runs a weldon pump (2055 I think), -8 feed, -6 return and CPR fuel rails. Car makes almost 600rwhp and has been driving for like 15,000 miles with that setup.
