The install is done and the truck is running, but it acts cold blooded, like an old school carb engine. It seems like it would be a VE issue but I am not sure where the VE tables are, I have a lot of experience with HPTuners on GM stuff. I have HPTuners and a wideband installed, fuel trims are dialed in, but it still stumbles on tip in.
More details:
2004 5.4 F150 original harness/ecu, engine: 2008 Harley SC 5.4, phasers locked, 234/254 Comp Thumper cams, ported heads, 3.2 pulley, headers, JPL intake (which maxes MAF, heh), 42# injectors, Monster trans, 2200 stall, 4.56 gears, 37" tires, Long travel suspension.

If you have a MAF there aren't any VE tables. That's a speed density thing. If you're pegging the MAF you need a new MAF.

For tip in you might have to mess with manifold volume. At least that's what it is on Cobras. I'm also assuming it has a Load With Failed MAF table. That needs to be dialed in too.
