Need to ask for alittle help. I wanted to put Lt headers on the car but don't know what to get and if that is what I need to get. I hear people having problems with BBK. Can I get some good info please?

Here is my setup:

2 1/2 BBk off-road X welded too the the 2 1/2 inch flowmasters. It has been welded into one piece. (I got the pipe and one of the flanges was on backwards, so I had it welded)

The car is S/C, It made 455 rwhp and it pegged the stock MAf @ 5600 (Univer goes on Fri). This is a daily driver, that sees the strip maybe twice a month.

Any more info, just ask.

Thanks
Shane

I think the best header you can get right now would be the Kooks. You can also get one of there matching x-pipes, which I am sure is top quality. Headers are definately one of those parts that brings on the saying (you get what you pay for) :)

When do headers really become neccessary? I am pushing out 500hp at the wheels now with the stock manifolds. I'm not opposed to getting them, but is the $600-700 going to be worth the power increase?

Razor.
