After my first Mustang Magic tune the car had a lot of timing in it but the a/f was good. That night I made a few WOT runs and after doing so I heard this sound at idle...(turn up your speakers to hear it better) Hiccup @ idle

The next day I changed the plugs and I heard the sound for a second but then it seemed to go away. Ever since then I still hear the sound, but not as often as in the clip. In the clip it happens every second but now it happens maybe every 5 seconds, but its definately still there. I dont know what to do about it and have tried everything that I thought might be causing it. I have since gotten a retune at Kauffmans and the car made more power with less timing (safe now) and perfect a/f. Do you think something like this would have an effect on power? What could this be, and what could I do to try to remedy it? I was thinking maybe a bad coil pack, but they are too expensive to play guess and check with. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
